Binghatti Skyflame 1 is Tower 1 of Binghatti Developers’ twin-tower project in Majan, Dubai. The official developer catalogue currently advertises one-bedroom apartments from AED 1,099,999 and two-bedroom Royal Suites from AED 1,654,999. Advertised example sizes start at 680 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments and 1,210 sq ft for two-bedroom Royal Suites; these are not a complete tower-wide size range or unit mix. The overall Skyflame project has a published completion target of 31 December 2027 and a 20% booking, 50% construction, 30% completion payment structure; confirm the specific Tower 1 unit contract.
