Midtown Noor is a completed eight-building residential district within Deyaar's Midtown community in Dubai Production City. The project offers studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments from approximately 436 to 1,804 sq ft. Current portal pricing begins around AED 650,000 and the historical plan was 30% on booking, 20% on handover and 50% post-handover. Deyaar confirmed delivery of the Noor district in 2023.
