Toledo at Bloom Living

Toledo is the second phase of Bloom Living by Bloom Holding in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. The phase contains two- and three-bedroom townhouses and three- to five-bedroom villas. Bloom confirms that handover began in July 2026, superseding older published delivery targets. Published plan examples range from 1,292 sq ft for townhouses to 4,607 sq ft for five-bedroom villas. The original developer allocation is reported sold out; any resale availability, current price or remaining payment liability must be checked against the particular home and contract. Toledo is separate from Cordoba and the other named Bloom Living phases.
